For our client, an international sporting goods manufacturer, we are filling the following position for a limited period until 31.05.2025:

Senior HR Manager (m/w/d) Cross-Border Employment

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the Cross-Border Employment (CBE) programme in the market
• Provide strategic HR consultancy on international and domestic mobility
• Ensure compliance with global mobility standards
• Advise on cross-border tax, social security, and immigration matters
• Lead projects to advance the CBE programme
• Manage external vendors and oversee tax handling for international employees

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Several years of professional HR experience, specializing in international mobility
• Experience in international companies and matrix structures
• Excellent English skills; additional languages preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
