Your tasks and responsibilities: Development and Management of Product and Service Offering of UI Group in particular for Direct Infrastructure Definition of relevant service offering as per market standard Overview of market including general economics, service providers, products Actively work with Head of Department/CPO to implement strategic approach to service/product offering and to maximise risk-adjusted returns Oversee setup of entire lifecycle of infrastructure products and assets from acquisition to divestment Ensure efficiency of processes including regular maintenance/review cycles Integrate Offering in Product Catalogue and initiate changes as/when appropriate Act as Primary Point of Contact within UI Group as SME for Direct Infrastructure Develop and Maintain strong relationships with internal and external entities regarding developments in Direct Infrastructure Collaborate with finance teams/controlling department to analyse asset performance, monitor product development and profitability and identify value enhancements Assess risk management for Direct Infrastructure and assist with development of specific framework to cover associated risks Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Leverage technology solutions to streamline processes, track performance and enhance decision-making Support UI sales- and relationship management-team in contact to clients regrading product specific issues Your skills and experience: At least 5 years of relevant market experience Strong knowledge on Direct Infrastructure Investments and fund products Experience in product management within financial services Knowledge of investments or investment analysis is a plus Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. Finance, Business Economics, Law) Proficiency in business case development, operating model/process design, and investment products Strategic thinking and analytical capability Track Record of managing successful project teams with matrixed reporting lines English language skills; German skills preferable What we offer: An exciting working environment and challenging tasks Extensive insight into the European fund industry Friendly, international and goal-oriented working environment High degree of independent work Interesting discounts Free Deutschland ticket Attractive home office arrangements and working time flexibility Part-time working possibility available (min. 80%) Apply now!
