» Your Tasks:
- Drive the development and implementation of sustainable Seafreight solutions within the global Seafreight organization and product portfolio
- Lead integration of our sustainable Seafreight solutions into our system and process landscape for everyday operations
- Collaborate with external solution providers to promote sustainability throughout the logistics network and our internal systems and processes
- Drive the placement of the sustainable Seafreight solutions within the sales organization sales enablement
- Support sales opportunities through active involvement
- Conduct carbon footprint analysis and derive strategies for data quality improvements, calculation methodology enhancements, and carbon footprint reduction measures
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to promote sustainability awareness among employees
- Stay updated on relevant environmental regulations and ensure compliance
» Your profile:
- Completed logistics apprenticeship and/or completed university degree/diploma in logistics
- You have at least two years of experience in the sea freight forwarding industry
- Strong understanding of Seafreight processes and operational impacts
- Knowledge of TMS systems, preferably CargoWise1
- Understanding of sustainability practices, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategical thinking abilities
- Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret and utilize sustainability metrics effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- You speak fluent English
