Dynamics Specialist – Remote Working

The Chemistry Specialist position involves performing routine and non-routine tasks in a regulated chemistry laboratory environment. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate proficiency in wet chemistry techniques, lead complex sample extractions, perform research and development (R&D) and process improvement activities, and collect data using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Ion Chromatography (IC). • Assist in investigations of non-conformance reports (NCRs), laboratory process investigations (LPIs), and/or corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs). • Maintain proficiency in laboratory and safety skills by completing regular training. • Perform R&D activities for incoming projects and laboratory process improvements. • Demonstrate individual proficiency in operating general laboratory equipment. • Perform and document laboratory activities following Good Documentation Practices. • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory area. • Work in a team environment and/or independently, according to team needs. • Work in compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and internal policies and standard operating procedures. • Experienced in operation of laboratory instrumentation. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Proficient in oral and written communication in English is required, German is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Regulated laboratory experience preferred • All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability
