We are looking for a highly motivated (Junior) International Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Key Responsibilities: * Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including exploring new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships. * Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets. * Manage project assignments independently in various countries across Europe. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as country managers, key account managers, and brand managers. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. * Ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals. Requirements: * Degree in sales, business development or other related fields. * Initial professional international experience in the FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development or sales. * Fluent in English, German is a plus. * High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments. * Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. * Ideally, an affinity for AI tools and its possible applications.
