Your tasks will include:Development and operational support and implementation of holistic HR development projectsOptimization of existing programs and offers in the area of management and junior staff worldwideStandardization of the HR development processContact person worldwide for our managers, talents, external service providers, and trainers in all matters relating to HR development and our programsImplementation and support of selected training measures, workshops, and working groups, including follow-upYour profileYou are familiar with common tools and methods in the field of people development and have a good feel for digital trends and innovations.
